Since qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, Stephen has gained over 35 years extensive financial, commercial and managerial experience. He has held many Board appointments, heading up the finance, IT and Secretarial functions in companies involved in a wide range of industries including, electronics, plastic moulding, combustion engineering, business computer systems, construction equipment distribution and the manufacture of traffic management equipment.

 As a Management Consultant, he has advised on improving profitability through implementing planning and control systems in large and small companies and assisted new ventures and growing companies. He has held several non-executive Directorships and also handled the negotiations of many company disposals.

 This breadth of experience together with that of his Associates, enables Hampshires to offer expertise to a wide range of both small and large companies.
